Dysentery, one of the many diseases that can come from dirty water, is a disorder of the lower intestine. A few common symptoms of dysentery include: bloody diarrhea, abdominal cramps, fever, and rectal discomfort. Dysentery is usually spread through personal contact and contaminated food and water.
